The most important means for achieving the goal in teaching Arabic is that teachers use electronic lexicon. This research aims to know percentage of female Department Language Preparation at Ar-Raayah University who Al-Ma’ani lexicon Arabic, knowing reasons choosing over other dictionaries, and role analyzing linguistic errors writing students University. a quantitative qualitative field using descriptive approach based on observation questionnaire. results revealed meanings education 100%. conclusion dictionary helps analyze written also them achieve education.
